1 : 1 support

Trauma-informed support for nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and deep listening to the body.

These one-on-one sessions are a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and gently support what is asking for attention — without forcing, fixing, or performing.

Each session is responsive and body-led. We follow your nervous system’s cues rather than a rigid protocol, allowing your system to guide the pace, depth, and focus of the work.

  • Depending on what your body is ready for that day, sessions may include a combination of:

    • Trauma-informed hands-on bodywork

    • Gentle structural and fascial unwinding

    • Guided somatic awareness and sensation tracking

    • Breath support to regulate and deepen embodied presence

    • Subtle energy work or shamanic-informed practices

    • Stillness, integration, and nervous system settling

Some sessions are more touch-based, others more breath- or awareness-focused, and some are quieter and deeply integrative. No two sessions are the same — and nothing is imposed.

You do not need to know what you want to work on ahead of time. We begin by listening.

  • Sessions begin with attunement — tuning into breath, pulse, posture, and sensation. From there, we follow what your body is communicating in the moment.

    You may be invited to:

    • Notice physical sensations as they arise

    • Name or simply stay with a sensation without needing a story

    • Allow emotions, memories, or images to move through at their own pace

    • Rest in stillness when that feels most supportive

This is not about reliving or analyzing experiences. It is about supporting the body’s natural capacity to process, integrate, and settle.

Choice, consent, and nervous system safety are central throughout the session.

    • Living with chronic stress, overwhelm, or burnout

    • Feeling disconnected from your body or breath

    • Holding long-standing tension or protective patterns

    • Navigating grief, transition, or emotional processing

    • Curious about somatic or nervous system–based healing

    • Seeking support that does not rely on talking everything through

  • What This Work Is — and Is Not

This is somatic healing and body-based support, not psychotherapy or medical treatment.

I do not diagnose, analyze, or interpret psychological material. While emotions or memories may arise through the body, we stay rooted in present-moment sensation and regulation. This work can complement therapy or medical care, but it is not a replacement for licensed mental health or medical treatment.

  • Session Details

    • Sessions are offered in person (and where applicable, virtually)

    • Length options: 60 / 90 minutes

    • Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax and breathe easily

    • You are always welcome to ask questions before booking

  • This work is collaborative and consent-based. You are always in choice about what we do, how we work, and the pace of the session. You are welcome to pause, adjust, ask questions, or change your mind at any time.

Touch, breath guidance, and somatic inquiry are always invitational. Nothing is required, and there is no expectation to share, release, or go anywhere you do not feel ready to go. Your body’s signals guide the work, and we move only within what feels supportive and resourcing for your nervous system.

You may communicate consent verbally or non-verbally, and consent can be revised or withdrawn at any point during the session.
