Embodied Yoga — Launching After March 15

Embodied Yoga is a somatic practice that blends gentle, mindful movement with deep awareness of sensation, breath, and internal experience. Rather than focusing on form, achievement, or performance, this approach invites you to move from the inside out, tuning into how your body feels and responding with curiosity and compassion.

This is a nervous-system-aware practice designed to support:

  • embodied presence

  • gentle regulation

  • increased mind-body awareness

  • movement that feels grounded and safe

Whether you’re new to yoga or familiar with movement practices, these sessions meet you where you are.

Classes will begin in the Trumansburg studio after March 15.

These group practices are gentle, accessible, and nervous-system-aware.

Classes may include slow movement, breath, rest, and guided awareness. The emphasis is on sensing from the inside rather than achieving shapes or outcomes.

You’re invited to:

move at your own pace
rest when needed
stay connected to your internal signals

This is not about doing yoga correctly.
It’s about practicing presence — together.
