Each month, we gather in sacred circle to honor the full moon and its unique astrological and planetary influences. The moon’s position in the zodiac — along with significant planetary aspects — shapes the theme and energetic focus of each gathering. Whether the moon is in fiery Aries or nurturing Cancer, each circle mirrors the sky, inviting you to align you inner landscape with the cosmos.

These celestial themes are intuitively woven into our ritual, journey work, and somatic practices. No two circles are the same — each on is a living, breathing expression of the moment we‘re in.

What to Expect in the Circle

Together, we create a brave and sacred space for renewal, embodiment, and connection through a blend of practices that honor both the body and the spirit:

• Drumming & Rhythmic Sound to shift consciousness and ground in community rhythm

• Guided Shamanic Journey to access inner wisdom, spiritual allies, and intuitive insight

• Somatic Interoception for gentle, trauma-informed embodiment practices to bring awareness inward and regulate the nervous system

• Ritual Release & Intention Setting guided by lunar and planetary themes, offering space to shed and contract before stepping into your expanded self

These circles are open to all — whether this is your first time joining or you are a seasoned practitioner. All practices are offered in a trauma-informed container, and you are always invited to participate at your own pace.

Astrological Themes

The astrological sign of the full moon serves as a guiding thread for the evening, anchoring our focus and the qualities we work with. For example:

• Aries Full Moon might center on courage, boundaries, and initiating new paths

• Pisces Full Moon could explore intuition, release, and spiritual integration

• Libra Full Moon may bring themes of harmony, relationship, and inner balance

Significant planetary aspects — like squares, oppositions, or conjunctions — are also integrated, helping us anchor these celestial dynamics somatically and ritually, rather than just intellectually.
