With more than two decades of experience in multiple modalities — Swedish, Neuromuscular Therapy, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and more — I customize each session to meet your body’s unique needs. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic muscle pain, recovering from postural strain, or simply craving deep relaxation, this hands-on session restores balance and calms the nervous system.

Somatic Bodywork
Somatic Bodywork goes beyond traditional massage by blending trauma-informed touch, mindful movement, and guided breath awareness. The body often stores unprocessed experiences as tension or guarding patterns. This gentle, collaborative approach helps you release what’s held and create space for safety, presence, and ease.
Somatic Bodywork is especially supportive for those living with PTST, cPTSD, anxiety, or nervous system overwhelm. Each session meets you where you are and unfolds at the pace your body is ready for.

Integrative Healing Session
An Integrative Healing Session weaves together message therapy, energy medicine, and somatic practices into a custom experience tailored to your needs. One session might focus on grounding touch and nervous system regulation, while another may invite intuitive energy balancing, breathwork, or guided somatic awareness.
For those open to it, sessions may also include shamanic elements such as drumming/rattling, guided journey work, or ritual practices to support deeper transformation. These sessions are designed to bring harmony to the body, mind, and spirit in one healing container.

Somatic Coaching & Movement is a guided process that helps you reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom and self-trust. With or without hands-on touch, sessions may include yoga therapy, breathwork, nervous system regulation practices, and mindful movement. Together, we cultivate tools you can take with you into daily life.
This service is available both in-person and online, making it an accessible way to receive ongoing support, build embodied awareness, and learn practices that help you regulate and resource yourself in moments of stress.

Shamanic Healing & Ritual Work opens a sacred space for spirit-led transformation. Through practices such as drumming, guided shamanic journeying, energy clearing, or soul retrieval, we access the deeper layers of your healing story. These sessions honor both the personal and the collective, bridging the wisdom of the body with ancestral and spiritual dimensions of healing.
This work is ideal for those seeking support through life transitions, a release of old patterns, or a reconnection with the sacred. Sessions create space for grounding, release, and renewal — offering healing that extends beyond the physical body into the soul.
