You’ve done the work — therapy, meditation, maybe even medication — and yet something still feels stuck. You find yourself looping in survival patterns, struggling with overwhelm, or feeling like you’re not fully living in your body.
This is where somatic coaching steps in.
Through trauma-informed, body-based coaching, we explore the language of your nervous system, unwind long-held patterns, and support you in building regulation, rhythm, and self-trust — at a pace that honors your capacity.
You’ll learn to:
Recognize + shift fight/flight/freeze/fawn responses
Regulate your nervous system without bypassing
Feel safe enough to be present in your own body
Create structure, rest, and routines that honor your neurodivergence
Cultivate embodied self-trust and intuitive knowing
What sessions may include:
Somatic tools and regulation techniques
Breathwork, self-inquiry, and movement prompts
ADHD-friendly scaffolding and planning
Energetic hygiene + boundary repair
Support integrating spiritual awakenings or ancestral healing
Gentle co-regulation and spaceholding
Session length : 60 minutes (Zoom or phone)
Investment: $125 per session
Packages Available for deeper work (3- or 6- month containers)
I bring over 15 years of experience in somatic practice, trauma-informed care, and lived experience with PTSD and ADHD. Sessions are deeply attuned, intuitive, and customized to your unique body and story.
