For many trauma survivors and neurodivergent folks, traditional movement practices can feel too fast, too forceful, or too overwhelming. These sessions are designed to be the opposite of that. They’re a soft landing for your nervous system and a doorway back into embodiment, regulation, and self-trust.

As a certified TraumaWise(R) Yoga Teacher and longtime somatic practitioner, I guide you through trauma-informed movement, breathwork, and body-based inquiry that supports nervous system healing and embodied presence.

  • Dissociation, tension, or chronic holding patterns

  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion

  • Grief, rage, or emotional residue stored in the body

  • Reconnecting to joy, breath, and movement after trauma

What sessions may include :

  • Guided breath + awareness practices

  • Somatic movement (seated, standing, or reclining)

  • Nervous system regulation techniques

  • Polyvagal theory-informed cues

  • Yoga nidra or rest-based integration

  • Optional ritual or intuitive elements

Session length : 60 minutes (in-person or Zoom)

Investment : $110 per session

Monthly Memberships Available : 3- or 6-month containers for deeper dives
