For many trauma survivors and neurodivergent folks, traditional movement practices can feel too fast, too forceful, or too overwhelming. These sessions are designed to be the opposite of that. They’re a soft landing for your nervous system and a doorway back into embodiment, regulation, and self-trust.
As a certified TraumaWise(R) Yoga Teacher and longtime somatic practitioner, I guide you through trauma-informed movement, breathwork, and body-based inquiry that supports nervous system healing and embodied presence.

Guided breath + awareness practices
Somatic movement (seated, standing, or reclining)
Nervous system regulation techniques
Polyvagal theory-informed cues
Yoga nidra or rest-based integration
Optional ritual or intuitive elements
Session length : 60 minutes (in-person or Zoom)
