Integrative Somatic Bodywork
Nurturing, Responsive Touch for the Sensitive System
This is a restorative, 1:1 sanctuary designed for those who navigate the world with a sensitized nervous system. My approach is rooted in the belief that the body does not need to be "broken down" to be healed; it needs to be heard, held, and invited into a state of deep integrative rest.
What to Expect: Each session is a collaborative dialogue between my hands and your physiology. We begin with a quiet intake to "map" the current state of your nervous system. I draw from 20 years of mastery in manual therapy, fascial unwinding, and clairsentient tracking to meet your tissues exactly where they are.
For those with hypermobility (hEDS/EDS), we focus on containment and proprioceptive feedback—helping your brain find the "edges" of your body safely. For neurodivergent clients, the environment is carefully curated to respect sensory thresholds, using steady, predictable pressure and somatic tracking to help you find an internal anchor.
This is not a performative or "deep tissue" space. We move at the speed of your safety, prioritizing the "unwinding" of stored stress over the forcing of muscles.
This offering is especially supportive for those seeking:
A physical anchor during times of deep grief or transition.
Stabilizing support for hypermobile joints and connective tissue.
Relief from the sensory overwhelm of a neurodivergent lifestyle.
A space where "holding it all together" is no longer required.
SomaSoul Yoga
Stability & Interoception for the Sensitized Body
SomaSoul Yoga is a trauma-informed laboratory for your nervous system. Moving away from performative, "stretching-based" yoga, these small-group sessions focus on stability, interoception, and the felt sense.
What to Expect: Classes move at a rhythmic, intentional pace that allows for the bridging of breath and sensation. We utilize invitational language and choice-based movement, ensuring you remain the sovereign authority of your own experience.
For the hypermobile body, we prioritize muscle engagement and joint stability over flexibility. For the neurodivergent student, we provide a quiet, predictable container where you can practice "listening inward" without the pressure of a fast-paced flow.
This is especially supportive for those seeking:
To develop a "felt sense" of their internal landscape.
Movement that respects hypermobility and joint laxity.
A low-stimulation environment for nervous system regulation.
Practical somatic tools to use in daily village life.
