The Sanctuary

My practice is located just outside of the historic village of Trumansburg in the same building as the former Ithaca Vintage (since relocated). This shared space is home to a collective of local practitioners dedicated to somatic movement, bodywork, skin & hair care, and community healing.

Free parking is available behind the building, accessed via Rt 96. The driveway is just before the building if you are heading north on NY-96.

Standing in front of the building, you will see two doors side-by-side. Enter through the door on the left. and head up the stairs. The Sanctuary is at the top of the stairs, to the right.
